PaaS (Platform as a Service)- It provides the facility to use web applications quickly. It helps user to do building, testing the application, deploying the source code, managing, and updating within the same integrated environment.
SaaS (Software as a Service)- SaaS is also known as "On-demand Software" or "Pay-as-you-go Application". SaaS is responsible for managing everything, and the end-user just uses the software and applications provided as a service commonly used for business purposes.
